We waren verheugd dat Dr. Yossi Beilin (Israël), initiatiefnemer van de Oslo-akkoorden (1993), en Dr. Heba Husseini (Palestina), senior jurist in Ramallah en voormalig juridisch adviseur van de Palestijnse delegatie voor het vredesproces, deelnamen aan onze dialoogavond over Israël en Palestina op 25 november 2024. Dr. Beilin en Dr. Husseini spraken gepassioneerd over hun initiatief voor een Holy Land Confederation als mogelijke facilitator voor een tweestatenoplossing met duurzame vrede in de regio.

The Holy Land Confederation as Facilitator for the Two-State Solution
We were pleased that Dr. Yossi Beilin (Israel), initiator of the Oslo Accords (1993), and Dr. Heba Husseini (Palestine), senior lawyer in Ramallah and former Legal Advisor to the Palestinian Delegation for the Peace Process, participated in our Israel-Palestine dialogue evening on November 25, 2024. Dr. Beilin and Dr. Husseini spoke passionately about their Holy Land Confederation initiative as a possible facilitator for a two-state solution with lasting peace in the region.
